从化皮划艇露营溯溪两天活动精彩回顾（一）

margin-bottom: 5px; clear: both; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">广东是水系资源发达的大省，然而水质优良、水面宽窄适中、水流有急有缓最为适宜开展皮划艇运动，特别是针对初学者教学的，当数从化大江里。兔子对一切与水有关的运动都充满兴趣，老早就吵着要来学习。于是错开抗战小长假，A2户外俱乐部一行7位小伙伴从广州出发，自驾一个半小时来到位于大江里桥边的基地，游鱼教练早早等候在此。</p><p style="margin-top: 5px; font-size: 16px;">基地由一层带有天台的农民房改建，条件虽然略显简陋，但装备间、卫生间、更衣间、厨房、冲凉设备一应俱全。兵马未动粮草先行，集体汇合、熟悉环境后，时近中午，路口农家乐捉条大鱼解决午餐。</p><p style="margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px; clear: both; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">酒足饭饱，隔壁村里的集市正热闹，一行人欢乐的采购当晚和明早的食材去了。</p><p style="margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px; clear: both; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 16px;"><br></p><p style="margin-top: 5px; height: auto !important;"><br> 穿过孔桥，沿着碧绿的江水逆流而上，两岸被层层的树木、植被覆盖，小峰在水边发现了儿时家乡常见的野果——水翁，说时迟那时快的就爬到树上去了，你确定不是猴子派来的吗？间或有几块小沙滩出现在两岸，可以将艇拖到岸上，下水畅游。然而我们是冲着划艇来的好吗，抓紧宝贵机会，多多用艇做些团队游戏吧！下面这个游戏兔子把它叫做“奔跑吧 艇排”首先小伙们要将各自的艇并排停好，抓好左右的艇固定成一个艇排，接着小伙伴们依次从仓中起立，站到艇头来回奔跑两次，最后跳入水中，再爬回自己的艇上。大家看小伙伴们玩得这么High，这可不仅是个游戏这么简单，它可以锻炼平衡感和胆量，还可以练习落水后上艇的动作，更重要的就是Team work啦。</p><p style="margin-top: 5px; height: auto !important;"><br></p><p style="margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px; clear: both; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">游戏结束后继续向上游进发，越是接近止游水坝处，水流越是湍急。兔子开始不懂得看水情，在江中心奔力的划着，真真体验到了逆水行舟的滋味，划到力竭时真想放弃，随水漂回去。还是游鱼教练一语点醒，近岸处流速相对较缓可省些力气，在小伙伴们不停的相互鼓励下，终于大家汇合于大坝近前。眼前就是更加湍急的白水了，男生们纷纷迎难而上冲向急流。对于新手的我们而言，翻船在所难免，但男生们越翻越勇。老范和小A最后还真的从白水中冲了出来，帅帅哒！</p><p style="margin-top: 5px;
